MamaShop is a Singapore eco lifestyle company with beginnings as a B2B focused corporate gifting portal. It has since evolved into a direct to consumer e-commerce platform.
The goal of the revamp was to provide a consumer friendly site that is easy to navigate and learn more about the products. Initial challenges included a lack of content and cluttered information.
My roles in the redesign of the e-commerce website were layout design and content creation in the form of copywriting, coordinating and directing photoshoots. In order to improve the navigation, the site map was rebuilt from scratch, with a stronger focus on B2C.
Corporate clients are still a big source of revenue for MamaShop, therefore a dedicated page was also created to introduce potential clients on our services and ethos. Since the corporate page revamp, there has been a noticeable increase in corporate enquiries via the contact form.
